Participation :
Despite my participation, i think i have made an impact on the kids. I've talked to most of them and I've gotten to learn more about some than others. During fitness and our class play, I am encouraging them to participate and get involved. I have participated a couple times and tried to set an example. When a group doesn't have enough players i do step in a play with them. I agree that my attendance is weak but in my opinion, I have improved that from last term. My PE strip I don't change into cause I'm usually helping out a different way on fitness days or score keeping on choice days therefore i feel like i don't need to change.
Social Responsibility & Contribution:
I have illustrated leadership skills throughout the course. During fitness days, I have helped score keep/ time. Also on choice days, I help set up soccer by making teams and getting them started. I try to motivate the girls who don't like participating and encourage them. On class activities, I usually help take down nets or take things in. I try to always bring positive energy but we all have out bad days where you're really tired and have no energy. Finally, I volunteer to do attendance every class.
Healthy Living:
My goals have changed drastically in these couple of months. As you know I'm a soccer player but since school soccer ended, I haven't been playing due to my back injury. I've been going to physio but lately i haven't been doing that cause I've been busy with work. My dietary choices haven't been the best lately. I work at a&w which in my opinion is still unhealthy so after work i intend to eat from there. My goal for the summer is to go back to practicing with my team in soccer during the summer, eating less a&w and take food with me from home. otherwise i am not able to continue soccer, start going to the gym where i can workout. i did the beep test last term and i did pretty well and got up to level 8.
Digital Portfolio:
I dont enjoy doing blogs as much but I have done two posts throughout the semester. I've been as honest as i can be in those posts. I know that isn't a lot but id rather talk in an interview about how I'm doing. i take pride in my blogs because they are the best I can do.
