reporting period T.A
its the last two months before the semester is over and ive learned the names of everyone from the two classes. There's some students whom I have connected with a lot through soccer or my siblings; they've shared their events in life with me. My sister is in grade 8 so it helps that I know some of them. I think being a T.A was created so they have someone to look up too that is around their age. It frustrates me that i cannot participate often because of my back but i try to and when i do i have really enjoyed it. The two classes have the same atmospheres. They both have energetic and lazy students who choose when they want to participate. I have set goals which I intend to accomplish before the semester is over which is talk to everyone from the two classes because i haven't talked to some due to their shyness. Also, to participate more often to be a role model for the 8's and 9's.

Despite your sore back, I think that you've struck a nice balance of both actively participating when appropriate and serving as a mentor when appropriate. It is clear that the students relate to you and that speaks to your approachability and trustworthiness. I appreciate your assertiveness as well. Long before being asked to lend a hand, you've already volunteered to take attendance, gather equipment, or make a difference in some other way. Keep it up Jasleen. You are an asset to the class
