My 5 Week Plan

My goal from the start was to drastically improve by beep test which is cardiorespitory endurance and I also want to improve my cardio and strength. Over the years, I worked on my beep test score but recently it's been lower. First thing I'm going to go for runs which will improve my score. Setting a distance and see how long it takes me or getting to a specific destination in the x amount of time. For endurance, the Nike Running app is a great way to record my distance and time. I will be going on runs from 3-4 days a week for 45 mins & atleast get my heartrate to zone 4 or 5. At the same time, I will be also be working on my cardio and strength and I have a 30 minute workout planned for that:
-30 Jumping Jacks
-10 Pushups
-50 High Knees
-10 Burpees
-25Crunches
-25 Squats with weights
-2 min plank
-25 crunches
-10 pushups
-25 Jump Squats
-30 Jumping Jacks
-1.5 min Wall Sit
-2 min plank
-50 High knees
End off with stretching

I will be alternating between the two but switch up my cardio/strength workout with different ones. That is an example of what it will look like. These are the two areas I want to focus on; my cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance. At least, twice a week, I will focus on the flexibility component which I will do by doing yoga for 45 mins.
I will test my fitness and the end by doing the beep test and observing the score I got, picking a specific distance and see how long I can reach that distance and lastly, my goal for flexibility is being able to touch my toes either standing or sitting.
