Protein Lab

1. Peptide bond is found in the primary structure between amino acids.

2. The seconary structure forms alpha helix because the negative and postive attract which cause them to form an alpha helix, also due to polar peptide bonds.

3. The repulsion and attraction created the 3rd structure when the protein twisted and bent. It looked different because there are 20 different R groups which can make many different combinations.

4.The 4th structure was created when we combined two or more amino acids and the R groups repelled or attracted.

5. No because the R groups determines the shape since there are 20 different R variables and each attracts or repellss differently.
