Ex Science Fitness Goal

My goal is to improve my endurance and balance. For my cardiovascular endurance, I can improve it by using the Nike Running App which times my runs and measures the distance. To improve I can most likely go on runs to improve the amount I run. As for fitness testing, tests like yoyo test, how many hill runs in 30 minutes or just timing how fast I can run 1 mile will help me determine if I've improved. Now for balance, I can work on my balance by also stabilizing my core. Exercises like dynamic balance leg swing, balance step knee-up can help me reach my goal. To test my balance, the board touches or how long you fall in 1 minute for airplanes.
I've used the Nike Training Club App a number of times and I feel like I get the workout I want by using it. It helps me work on specific areas which I want to and if I don't feel like it, I can just use the Nike Running App and run.
