Fitness Testing

Aerobic: running up the stairs 

Anaerobic: 50m sprint

Glycolysis: the steps on the benches for 3 min.

Agility: L Test

Flexibility: splits
 
Balance: balancing on one foot with your opposite arm out

  1. Aerobic fitness is tested by an activity that would be longer than a few seconds (stair run), we didn't have a great example of one... Our old 25 min run for distance is a good one!
