Interim Report

Hi Mom and Dad!
This is my interim report for the Human Kinetics Coop.

So far, the highlights for me have been:
trying different things and learning things about my body I didn’t know before.

I am the most proud of:
my stamina. My goal in the beginning was to improve on my stamina which I have been doing.

The most interesting things I have learned about are:
how our circulation works and the fitness things we learned in superfit.

An example of when I really pushed myself in SuperFit is:
the pond run intervals when I tried to sprint as fast as a could for the one minute.

I could make improvements in:
my balance, and flexibility.

I am really looking forward to:
continuing to work on being fit.

The Basics - WORK HABITS:

Attendance (classes missed and why) - 0

Participation in field trips (woo kim, grouse grind, rock climbing) – the place where I haven’t gone was grouse grind because I missed the bus

Lates (how many & reasons) – just a couple the first week because I didn’t know when the bell rung.

Preparedness for class (gym strip &/or supplies) - always

Class time management (are you using your class time to complete your work?  engaged in class discussion? participating? following along? doing your best? or talking too much? ) – I always have tried to follow along although I need to engage in participating and talking more

Blog assignment completion - (out of 8 assignments) Comments? Ive completed all of them.
